Blue Ridge Mobile Detailing provides professional automotive cleaning and restoration services, which may include interior detailing, exterior detailing, paint protection, drain and cowl clearing, and undercarriage winterization services, along with additional services as described on our Website.

 

2. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are listed on our Website and are subject to change without notice.

• Final pricing can vary based on vehicle condition, size, or special requests.

• We accept cash, debit cards , major credit cards and electronic checks ( ACH ) 

• Full payment is due at the time of service unless agreed otherwise.

 

3. Appointments & Cancellations

• ​Appointments can be booked through our online form, via phone, or through email. Bookings are confirmed in writing.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 cancellation fee.

• If you do not show up or are unavailable during a scheduled mobile service window, a $50 no-show fee may apply.

 

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

Our goal is 100% client satisfaction. Please contact us within 24 hours of the appointment if you are unsatisfied for any reason,  and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

 

5. Liability Disclaimer

Blue Ridge Mobile Detailing  is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage

• Damage resulting from poorly maintained vehicles

• Lost or stolen items left in the vehicle

Blue Ridge Mobile Detailing is a fully insured and licensed/certified business. 

 

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Please notify us of any existing damage or mechanical issues before service.

• Please remove all valuables from your vehicle prior to your appointment.

• Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time.
