These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by AD Family Legacy LLC d/b/a Blue Ridge Mobile Detailing (“we,” “us,” “our”), including vehicle detailing services and our SMS messaging program. By booking services, submitting a form, or opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services


Blue Ridge Mobile Detailing provides mobile vehicle detailing services and may also provide services at an in-person shop location. Service availability, pricing, and timing may vary based on location, vehicle condition, weather, and scheduling constraints.



2. Eligibility and Age Requirement


By using our services or opting in to receive SMS messages, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age.


Our services and SMS messaging program are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that information has been collected from a person under 18 without verified parental or legal guardian consent, we reserve the right to delete such information and terminate access to our services.


If you are booking services on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.



3. Booking, Deposits, and Payments


Non-Refundable Deposit

A 10% deposit is required to secure an appointment. The deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or rescheduling, except where prohibited by applicable law.



4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy


We maintain a schedule for technicians and clients. The following terms help ensure fairness and availability.


Cancellations or Reschedules Within 48 Hours

If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time, a 50% cancellation fee may apply.


Cancellation After Reschedule

If an appointment is rescheduled one or more times and is then canceled, a 50% cancellation fee may apply.


No-Call / No-Show

If you fail to appear for your appointment without prior notice (“no-call, no-show”), you may be charged up to 100% of the service amount.

5. SMS Messaging Terms


If you opt in to receive text messages from Blue Ridge Mobile Detailing, the following terms apply.


Program Description

Messages may include transactional and service-related notifications such as appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, and customer support messages. Marketing and promotional messages will only be sent if you separately opt in.


Consent

By providing your mobile number and selecting the applicable opt-in checkbox(es), you agree to receive text messages from us. Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.


Message Frequency and Fees

Message frequency may vary.

Opt-Out

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.

After you send STOP, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
